Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best online shopping experience & satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and try to enhance the shopping experience of our customers while working on your feedback and we are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.


We are happy to assist you with returns subject to the following criteria:

The products should be purchased only from and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.

We offer free returns and replacements upto 30 days of receiving the order.

Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.

Kindly note that during sales, specific rules will apply for returning on sale product; If the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product we will accept a return. Unfortunately on sale products can't be refunded.

You can conveniently exchange any item within 48 hours from the time of delivery if there is a legitimate reason.

Delay in receiving the order

If you don't receive your products and you can't track them, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with the right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take the necessary steps to resolve them at the earliest.

In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds of the money in your Paytm account or track your order and expedite the shipment.

You will not be entitled to any cash refunds as per our policy.

Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of an exchange, we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario, your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1 week of our receiving of the return package from you.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.



We may provide Refunds in the event of:

1). In certain situations, partial refunds might be granted if applicable (Damage or missing part).

2).Return of products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for return.

3). On sale items will not be refunded.

5). Refunds will only be made in your Paytm account.

6). Also note please don't cancel your Paid Orders as they will be shipped. If you want to refund/exchange your prepaid order please accept the delivery first. Refunds will be initiated within 10 Days.

The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.



We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers for initiating a refund. Please never give Credit/Debit card numbers and OTP to anyone.

Refund Timelines

We usually initiate eligible refunds within 14 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse.

Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that the colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color.

Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimers on the product page before placing the order.
